These terms apply to every dumpster rental arranged through Fayetteville Prestige Dumpster Rental. By booking a rental you agree to them.

Rental period

Each rental includes 7 calendar days starting on the delivery date. Additional days are billed at $10 per day until the container is picked up.

Weight and loading

Each size includes the weight allowance shown at booking: 1 ton for the 15 yard, 2 tons for the 20 yard and 3 tons for the 30 yard. Weight over the allowance is billed at $65 per ton based on the landfill scale ticket. Debris must not be loaded above the top rail.

Prohibited items

Tires of any kind, hazardous or unknown materials, liquids, oils, fuels, flammables, wet paint, electronics, all batteries, propane tanks, fireworks, firearms, ammunition, fluorescent bulbs and heavy materials such as concrete, asphalt, brick, dirt, sand and gravel may not be placed in the container. Yard debris must be loaded separately from household junk. You are responsible for any fees or fines caused by prohibited or mixed items. See our sizes and pricing page.

Placement and property

You are responsible for choosing a placement spot with clear access and for any permits needed for street placement. Heavy containers can mark soft surfaces, so tell us if you want plywood placed under the rails. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns or underground lines in the placement area beyond our control.

Cancellations

Tell us as early as you can if your plans change. If the placement spot is blocked when the truck arrives, the delivery may have to be rescheduled.
